In the early to mid 1990’s Ted worked under one of the leaders in the new field of exercise rehabilitation at the Egoscue Clinic, a postural and pain clinic in Del Mar, CA. This opportunity allowed him to understand postural aliments and how to correct them; and it also taught him a different way of thinking. Ted left the Egoscue Clinic to start Function First, Inc., a successful postural/pain and athletic performance center with clients all over the US. Always looking for a new challenge, Ted sold Function First and moved on to his next endeavor; he created The Dardzinski Method and founded Project Walk Spinal Cord Injury Recovery Center. Project Walk grew to become the leader in exercise-based recovery for those living with a spinal cord injury. Today, Ted is the proprietor of Therapeutic Exercise Design and Development (TEDD), a performance and anti-aging restorative exercise-based program for an active, pain-free life.
